Refrain from rubbing the treatment areas for at least 24 hours post-treatment, avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours, keep your head elevated and avoid lying down for the first 4 hours post-treatment, avoid saunas/hot tubs/excessive sun exposure for at least 24 hours.
